Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition — unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the product page with your order number
2. Wait for confirmation and return shipping instructions
3. Send the item to the indicated address
4. After receipt and inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.). The refunded amount corresponds to the full product value. Return shipping costs are covered by the store within the first 30 days — after that period, costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size, colour or product, return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to ensure the availability of the item you want.

Items not eligible for return

• Items showing signs of use or washing
• Items without original tags
• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Items returned more than 30 days after receipt

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will handle the case with priority and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
