Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide, including Portugal, Brazil, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and all European Union countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over €100 EUR may qualify for free shipping — the discount is applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use that number to follow your delivery status in real time on the carrier's website.
Customs & taxes
For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
